Venue / Travel

HotSoS will be held at the Sheraton Hotel Raleigh. Hotel reservations will be discounted to $109/night if made by March 19, 2014. To obtain this rate, use the special conference rate link. This link can be used to book, modify, or cancel a reservation from August 6, 2013 to March 19, 2014.

To apply, please access the HotSoS Student Travel Grant track on Easychair, and upload a single PDF to the "HotSos Student Travel Grant" track in the the Easychair submission site.
