Airport

The closest airport is Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). Taxi, rental car, or Uber is the most convenient way to and from the airport. A taxi will cost about $30.

To get to campus, we expect that most attendees will either take the shuttle from the hotel or drive your own car.

• An NCSU shuttle (usually a white bus) will leave the hotel (Holiday Inn and Suites on Thistledown) each morning 10 minutes before breakfast starts. Please be early for it.
• For parking, please find information about parking on the NCSU website . We recommend using the Poulton Deck, since it is closest to MRC. But if it runs out of spaces (unlikely), the Partners Way Deck and Capability South Lot are also a reasonable walk away. Be careful not select one of the other lots because they are on a different campus, and would require taking a bus or a long hike to reach MRC.
